Cancelation policy

To protect both the hosts and guests benefits, youtx.com provides with four different standardized types of cancelation policies, which are Flexible, moderate, strict and super strict.

Each listing page and reservation page are clearly stated with those polices.Guests can find cancelation policies in Dashboard>My Trips>Change or Cancel .They can click to get more information.

Flexible: Full refund 1 day prior to arrival, except fees

1)Cleaning fees are always refunded if the guest did not check in. If the guest cancels after check in, the cleaning fee won’t be refunded.

2)The Youtx service fee is non-refundable.

3)If there is a complaint from either party, notice must be given to Youtx within 24 hours of check-in. We’ll deal with it according to the actual situation.

For a full refund,cancelation must be made a full 24 hours prior to listing's local check in time(14:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check in. If the guest cancels less than 24 hours before check-in(14:00 PM if not specified), the firt night is non-refundable. If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights spent and cleaning fee will be deducted.

Moderate: Full refund 5 days prior to arrival, except fees

1)Cleaning fees are always refunded if the guest did not check in. If the guest cancels after check in, the cleaning fee won’t be refunded.

2)The Youtx service fee is non-refundable.

3)If there is a complaint from either party, notice must be given to Youtx within 24 hours of check-in. We’ll deal with it according to the actual situation.

For a full refund, cancelation must be made five full days prior to listing’s local check in time ( 14:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check in. If the guest cancels less than 5 days in advance, the first night is non-refundable but the remaining nights will be 50% refunded. If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancelation occurs are 50% refunded.

Strict: 50% refund up until 1 week prior to arrival , except fees

1)Cleaning fees are always refunded if the guest did not check in. If the guest cancels after check in, the cleaning fee won’t be refunded.

2)The Youtx service fee is non-refundable.

3)If there is a complaint from either party, notice must be given to Youtx within 24 hours of check-in. We’ll deal with it according to the actual situation.

For a 50% refund, cancelation must be made seven full days prior to listing’s local check in time ( 14:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check-in. If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded. If the guests arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.

Super Strict: 50% refund up until 30 days prior to arrival, except fees

1)Cleaning fees are always refunded if the guest did not check in. If the guest cancels after check in, the cleaning fee won’t be refunded.

2)The Youtx service fee is non-refundable.

3)If there is a complaint from either party, notice must be given to Youtx within 24 hours of check-in. We’ll deal with it according to the actual situation.
